NUMSA - We start in the High Court in Johannesburg, where it has been ruled that metalworkers union Numsa's application, to be part of Cosatu's upcoming Special National Congress, is not a matter of urgency and has been struck off the roll.

The ruling ANC however told the committee that it would be wise to wait until the international investigation by the FBI in America has been completed, and that Mbalula will be more fitting to answer questions.
