Amy’Leigh de Jager's kidnapping case postponed

The Amy’Leigh de Jager kidnapping case has been postponed to 9 January 2020 to allow for further investigations and to obtain DNA results.
The four accused are facing charges of kidnapping and extortion and appeared in the Vanderbijlpark magistrate's court on Wednesday to obtain a date for trial in the high court.
They are accused of kidnapping six-year-old De Jager outside her school in September.

Pieter Van Zyl, Tharina Human, and Molemohi Bafokeng have been remanded in custody, while the bail conditions for Laetitia Nel has been extended.
They will appear again in the Vanderbijlpark magistrate's court on 9 January 2020.
