ANC KZN to appeal high court judgement

The African National Congress (ANC) in KwaZulu -Natal has confirmed that it will appeal the 2015 elective conference high court judgment.
The Pietermaritzburg High Court decision found that the ANC's 2015 8th provincial elective conference was unlawful.
The case was brought by ANC councillor Lawrence Dube against the ANC in May 2016.
Former premier Senzo Mchunu was ousted as chairperson & replaced by KZN chair Sihle Zikalala.
The ANC'S Mdumiseni Ntuli says the decision was made at Tuesday's meeting with the Provincial Executive Committee.
