ANC wants more funding from parliament
ANC Chief Whip Stone Sizani on Monday called for more state funding for ruling party officials in Parliament.
Sizani told reporters at Parliament the amount of money ANC office bearers received from the public coffers did not match the duties they performed to make sure the legislature ran smoothly.
The call to change the parliamentary political party funding model comes out of the ANC's annual caucus lekgotla held at the weekend.
