A second Uber vehicle has been set alight in Pretoria.
Gauteng police confirmed three people have been taken in for questioning following the torching of the vehicle earlier this evening.
Police spokesperson Mavela Masondo says the Uber driver managed to escape unharmed.
"We can confirm a grey Toyota Corolla is on fire in the Pretoria city centre. It is an Uber vehicle," he says.
The incident happened on Jeff Masemola Street.

Yesterday, an Uber driver was hijacked and assaulted in Sunnyside in Pretoria.
He was later thrown out of his vehicle which had been set alight and abandoned in Hatfield.
Police suspect the incidents could be linked to the ongoing battle between Uber and meter taxi drivers.
