Blue Monday for some Gautrain commuters
The Gautrain on Monday morning confirmed a 40 minutes delay on its north-south line.
"Unfortunately we are experiencing a 40-minute delay on the north-south line this morning. This is as a result of a train that has failed,” said Gautrain spokesperson Kesagee Nayager.
However, the airport line is still running on schedule.
Nayar adds that efforts are being made to get the line back on schedule.
"We are working to get the north-south line back to schedule during the course of this morning and we apologise to our passengers for the inconvenience caused."
