Updated | By Nokukhanya N Mntambo
Gauteng Traffic Police are on the hunt for suspects that made off with a blue-light motorcycle in Krugersdorp on Monday night.
The circumstances leading to the theft of the branded bike are unclear.
Gauteng Traffic Police and Community Safety spokesperson Obed Sibasa confirmed the incident.
“We urge members of the community to assist with the look out of the motorcycle and other law enforcement agencies are also on the lookout.”
Sibasa urged motorists to remain vigilant.
“We also suspect that that bike might be used for criminal activities so people must be on the lookout so if stopped by suspicious-looking motorcycle or someone in uniform, please ask for their appointment certificate or drive to the nearest safe place.”
