Chabane truck driver case postponed

The case against the truck driver who was involved in the crash that claimed the lives of Minister Collins Chabane and his bodyguards has been postponed in the Mankweng Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
The court was expected to sentence Amukelani Rikhotso who was convicted on three counts of culpable homicide. He admitted to being under the influence of alcohol when he caused a crash which led to the death of the Public Service and Administration Minister and his two bodyguards in 2015.
