'Change is on its way to Mangaung' - Ramaphosa vows improved service delivery
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
President Cyril Ramaphosa and members of his cabinet fielded questions from frustrated residents in Mangaung in the Free State on Saturday.
Residents used the opportunity during the Presidential Imbizo at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium to complain about bad roads and water shortages, high crime, and unemployment.
"Some of you are saying that it’s only clean when I am here," Ramaphosa told angry members of the community.
"You should see our presence here as the beginning of a process that is going to lead to change. Change is here and on its way in Mangaung."

Ramaphosa vowed to improve service delivery in the trouble metro, which has recently been placed under administration, saying government takes the concerns of residents seriously.
"I think our meeting today has been very productive," he said.
"For our part as government, we are able to listen. And we have been able to listen. And, today, we have listened. Because through the various issues you have raised, we learn, we get ideas, and we will provide feedback, no matter how difficult these issues are.
