Charges laid against Sodwana Bay Guest House owner

Police in KwaZulu-Natal has confirmed that charges of racial discrimination, hate speech, illegal trading and tax evasion has been opened against the owner of the Sodwana Bay Guest House.
This after Andre Slade said black South Africans and government employees were not welcome at the northern KZN facility.
He has since closed the guest house.
"The case of racial discrimination and hate and failing to pay tax was opened," police spokesperson Thulani Zwane confirmed.
The ANC was marching on the lodge Wednesday morning to protest against the discrimination taking place at the guest house.
