Yep, you think your kids don't know but they know - and you will be surprised when you hear them out...

We concur that one of the most daring things parents think about (besides keeping their kids alive and well) is having the 'talk' with them.

Where do babies come from?

When previously parents had a few years to prepare for this, nowadays kids are becoming more and more expressive from an earlier age.

A video that proved how well versed kids are these days left us 'wide-eyed' and 'gobsmacked'.

In the video, we see the dad and toddler having a conversation in the car. While dad drives, the little boy who is seated in his car seat tells his father that he would like for him to make him a sister.

The father, who looks confused, plays it cool and calm (we were freaking out just thinking about where this conversation was going).

John Hopkins Medicine recommends that parents talk to their kids before they reach 'tween' status. That's around 8 and 12 years old.

The young boy in the video looks like he is around three to four years old. It seems he has more than a sound knowledge as to how babies are born and where they come from.

As we progress in life, it is important to have the birds and bees conversation with your kids as early as possible. Experts say that when kids start exploring their genitalia and become intrigued about their biology, roughly around three to four years old, this is when parents with the support of medical professionals and teachers should talk with their kids.

The good part about this is that many sources are kid-friendly and can aid in explaining it to your kids in a subtle but informative manner.
