The South African Revenue Service (SARS) confiscated 9kg of cocaine worth R2.6million at OR Tambo International Airport yesterday.

SARS spokesperson Sandile Memela says the drugs belonged to a woman in transit from Sao Paulo to Maputo in Mozambique.
When custom officials inspected the suspects' bags, they discovered 8 laptops laced with a powdery substance.
