'Croc surprise' for Limpopo family
Updated | By Bishop Baloyi
The Department of Environmental Affairs in Limpopo will be sending a team of experts to the Gumbani village near Malamulele after a crocodile was found on a family's doorstep.
Shocked residents called police after their dogs started barking - and they went outside to find the croc at their door.
According to Environmental spokesperson, Bucks Napo, more crocodiles could be on the loose.
The recent drought has resulted in waterborne animals leaving their natural habitat in search of water.
The small crocodile was caught by a resident, loaded into a police van, and later released back into the wild.
