Delays ‘may have compromised’ Senzo Meyiwa crime scene
Sergeant Thabo Mosia has admitted the Senzo Meyiwa crime scene may have been compromised by the time arrived at the house.
Mosia was one of the first forensic investigators to arrive on the scene after Meyiwa was shot in Vosloorus in 2014.
The assertion by Mosia, which was written by him in 2014, was read out by defense counsel for accused number five, Advocate Zandile Mshololo.
"In incident of the murder scene was reporred four hours later. And the crime scene address was not yet known," read the statement.
"It was reported to me but instead I was told to go to hospital. All delays before reporting the matter to the relevant role playerss might have compromised the murder scene.”
Mosia further conceded that the crime scene was not processed properly, prior to his arrival.

"I would say that the scene was not conducted properly in relation to the times that I calculated. That brought up some questions in my mind."
After four gruelling months, Mosia finally concluded his testimony in the Pretoria High Court.
Five men are facing charges murder charges for Meyiwa's death.
They are Muzikawukhulelwa Sthemba Sibiya, Bongani Sandiso Ntanzi, Mthobisi Prince Ncube, Mthokoziseni Ziphozonke Maphisa, and Sifisokuhle Ntuli.
The state is expected to call in a new witness on Thursday.
