Delays on N3 Toll route after serious crash
A serious multiple vehicle crash has been reported on the N3 north near the Roadside and Reitz Interchange in the Free State on Friday morning.
The accident has left both lanes on the north- and southbound carriageways obstructed.
The N3 Toll Concession’s Operations Manager, Thania Dhoogra, says the lane closures combined with the current peak traffic volumes, are causing congestion and delays in the area.
“Road users are warned to reduce speed and to approach the area with caution. Emergency services are on scene, but the obstruction is expected to take quite some time to clear as a result of the severity of the crash.”
