#DuduzaneZuma back in court for culpable homicide charges
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Former president Jacob Zuma's son is expected to return to court to face two counts of culpable homicide charges.
Zuma is set to return to the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
In July, Zuma made a brief appearance in connection with a 2014 accident when his luxury car crashed into a taxi on a wet Johannesburg road.
A female passenger, Phumzile Dube, died on the scene.
Another woman died weeks later in hospital, but her death was ruled due to natural causes.
The state requested that the proceedings be postponed, while the prosecutor waited for the findings of the inquest into Dube's death.
Chaos broke out at his previous appearance after the Black First Land First (BLF) movement demanded that the charges be withdrawn.
AfriForum's Kallie Kriel, who attended the court case, had to be escorted by police.
