Welcome to the world, little royal. Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle gave birth to her first child with Prince Harry on Monday.

Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle gave birth to a boy on Monday, with Prince Harry by her side.
Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex was safely delivered of a son at 0526hrs.

The baby weighs 7lbs 3oz and The Duke of Sussex was present for the birth.

Markle went into labour on Monday morning.
"The Duchess went into labour in the early hours of this morning," it said in a statement, noting her husband the Duke of Sussex was by her side.
A name will be announced in the coming days.
