EC matrics urged to return for their final exams
Updated | By Neo Motloung
The Department of Education hopes the learners of Ndaliso Senior Secondary School in the Eastern Cape will return to write their exams on Friday.

This comes after a group of matric pupils burnt down the school's administration block.
The pupils are demanding to be given new Grade 11 reports showing they have passed all subjects.
Basic Education's Elijah Mhlanga says the department is shocked by the behaviour at the school.
Mhlanga adds a meeting was held on Thursday with the pupils' parents.
"And all issues of disagreement were explained, and the meeting ended well," says Mhlanga.
Mhlanga urged the pupils to return to school and write their exams.
"Disruptions are only causing damage to their own lives as other pupils continue writing their examinations, and they are not."
