EFF furious as MPs vote against repealing of apartheid laws
Parliament has voted to keep laws passed during the apartheid era that are still in use.
AfriForum has taken EFF leader Julius Malema to court over utterances made in Bloemfontein and Newcastle urging supporters to occupy vacant land.
Malema is being charged under the Riotous Assemblies Act of 1956.

Earlier today, members of parliament debated the relevance of the act in context to present-day.
During the debate - the EFF said the ANC was using the laws of the oppressor to oppress the opposition.
"The use of Riotous Assemblies Act of 1956 is only happening because of a cultured SA government which is now degenerating into a intolerant dictatorship. It is for this logical reason that parliament must urgently do its work, and remove all legislation that are inconsistent with the values of our constitution," she said.
The ANC has voted against a process to #RepealOfApartheidLaw. They have run out of ideas &will degenerate further as the EFF rises to power.
