Elections 2016: Results at 07:00
With 11 hours to go until the official announcement of the Local Government Elections results, and the ANC and DA are still neck-and-neck in Johannesburg and Tshwane.
99 percent of the national votes have been counted by this morning with all provinces declared except Gauteng.
Nationally, the ANC remains in the lead with 53.81 percent, followed by the DA with 27.01 percent and the EFF with 8.11 percent.
