Eskom suspends daytime load shedding
Embattled power utility Eskom will suspend daytime load shedding during the coming week.
This planned power cuts will be suspended during the day and stage 3 implemented in the afternoons.
"Due to consistent available generation capacity, loadshedding will continue to be suspended from midnight until 16:00 and Stage 3 loadshedding will remain in force from 16:00 until midnight," says Eskom spokesperson Daphne Mokwena.
The pattern is expected to be repeated daily until further notice.
