The accused in the Estcourt cannibalism case have been refused bail.

Traditional healer - Nino Mbatha and his co-accused - Khayelihle Lamula, Sithembiso Sithole and Lungisani Magubane have been charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
The four are accused of the murder of 25-year-old Zanele Hlatswayo from Shayamoya.
They were arrested earlier this year after Mbatha apparently went to the police and confessed to their activities.
The four accused are alleged to have conspired to kill Hlatshwayo for muthi purposes.
It is alleged that Lamula had a court case against him and he approached Magubane, who said he knew someone who could make the case "disappear".
They then met with Mbatha.

However, when the case did not go away, Lamula then allegedly met again with his co-accused and drove to Winterton to find someone to kill and use certain body parts as muthi.
The NPA's Natasha Ramkisson-Kara said the Estcourt Magistrate's Court heard their bail application on Tuesday.
However their case has been remanded while the court decided on whether they were going to be granted bail.
Ramkisson-Kara said the accused will remain in custody until their next court appearance.
The matter has been remanded to the 25th January 2017 for further investigation.
