Five arrested in connection with Vrede Dairy probe
The Hawks have arrested five suspects, believed to be linked to the Estina Dairy Project in Vrede, Free State, during operations that started early Wednesday morning.
Hawks spokesperson Hangwani Mulaudzi says they expect another two suspects to hand themselves over by the end of today.
"We will get an indication from the investigators about the two suspects on the way forward," Mulaudzi says.

The Hawks says the operation itself has not been completed and is ongoing.
The suspects are expected to appear at the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court on Thursday on charges of corruption, money laundering and fraud.
