A 29-year old Free State woman and four of her children are dead after ingesting poison.

Two children, aged 6 and 9, and their mother died at the scene in Tseki after the woman allegedly fed her five children poison, before ingesting it herself.
According to provincial police spokesperson Motantsi Makhele, the children's grandmother discovered the unconscious bodies.
"Emergency personnel were called in and the remaining three children were rushed to hospital for urgent medical care.
"Unfortunately, two more children, aged 4 and 8, died at the hospital."
A 6-month-old infant is the only survivor of the incident.
Makhele says the woman recently left her home in Phamong VIllage due to marital problems.
"She returned to her parents' home with all five her children, which is where the incident occurred," said Makhele.
The exact poison that the victims had ingested is not yet known and local police are investigating.
