Former Minister Mildred Oliphant latest ANC MP to resign

Nonceba Mhlauli, ANC caucus spokesperson says they have received Oliphant's resignation letter.
Former Labour Minister, Mildred Oliphant, has become the latest African National Congress (ANC) Member of Parliament (MP) to resign.

Nonceba Mhlauli, ANC caucus spokesperson says they have received Oliphant's resignation letter.
Former ministers Bathabili Dlamini, Jeff Radebe, Siyabonga Cwele, Susan Shabangu, Malusi Gigaba, Nomaindia Mfeketo, Dipuo Letsatsi-Duba, and former speaker Baleka Mbete have all also resigned. Nomvula Mokonyane and Derek Hanekom are also no longer Parliamentarians.

Mhlauli says they do not know though if they will be receiving more resignation letters.
"Resignations come in all the time and people do so for various reasons," says Mhlauli.
