Updated | By Cliff Shiko
Three suspects have been arrested in connection with a house robbery in Garsfontein, east of Pretoria.

The suspects were nabbed on Wednesday.
A neighbour, who witnessed the robbery, was shot and wounded by the suspects as they fled the scene in a get-away vehicle.
Police spokesperson Dimakatso Nevhuhulwi says the suspects were then spotted on the highway in Garsfontein.
"A high-speed chase ensued between police and the suspects, leading to an accident on the N3 road at Marlboro off-ramp. One of the suspects was arrested and one firearm was recovered at the accident scene, while the other four fled the scene on foot.
"With the assistance of local security companies and JMPD members, the police managed to apprehend two more suspects. Items that were stolen during the house robbery were successfully recovered."
The suspects are expected to appear in court soon on various charges, including attempted murder, house robbery, and possession of an unlicensed firearm.
