Gauteng police launch manhunt for Westbury shooting suspects

Police in Gauteng are hunting for an unknown number of suspects who shot and killed a 19-year-old man in Westbury.
It is believed that the 19-year-old was walking in the streets on Tuesday night when he was shot several times.
He was then rushed to hospital and was declared dead on arrival.
Police have opened a murder case.
Police spokesperson Mavela Masondo says the motive for the shooting remains unknown.
“We are appealing to anyone who might have information that can help in the investigation or assist in the apprehension of the suspects to please call to please call their nearest police station or the crime stop on 08600 10111.”
