AfriForum has announced its intention to privately prosecute Duduzane Zuma.
Former state prosecutor, Advocate Gerrie Nel, who now heads AfriForum's new private prosecuting unit, made the announcement at a press briefing on Tuesday.
Duduzane Zuma responsible for death crash: State
Nel says AfriForum has filed papers to prosecute Zuma for culpable homicide.
It comes after a fatal crash in 2014.
The Porsche that the president's son was driving collided with a taxi on the M1 highway.
Phumzile Dube died at the scene.
Nel says the National Prosecuting Authority decided not to prosecute, without having consulted the family.
