Gigaba is leading a high profile delegation to Rosettenville as well as Yeoville, Hillbrow and Mayfair today.

He is accompanied by Gauteng MEC for Community Safety Sizakele Nkosi-Malobane and Provincial Police Commissioner Deliwe De Lange.

"For us, who are hell-bent on establishing good neighbourliness, the way we treat SADAC nationals in our country must be in accordance with our laws," says Gigaba.

Violence erupted again in Rosettenville, with property set alight as the community protested drug peddling and prostitution this past weekend.

Gigaba has also warned leaders to be careful of what they say, because what they say could incite violence.

"We highlight the importance for leaders to be measured in their public pronouncements. It could very well make one popular to make irresponsible statements that could insight vigilantism, that could incite South African communities to take the law into their own hands," says Gigaba.
