The Hawks' Hangwani Mulaudzi says the suspect is a police constable at Acornhoek police station in the province.
Her arrest comes a few days after the arrest of six other suspects which includes two alleged kingpins, one right-hand man, two police officers and a former cop.
"We are of the view that we have rounded up everybody who is connected to this case," says Mulaudzi.
Mulaudzi says the investigation is still ongoing as the crime-fighting unite is ironing out minor issues.
The police constable appeared in the Hazyview Magistrates Court on Thursday. The case was postponed to September 27.
