Headless body found near Etwatwa
A headless body of an unknown man was found near the Etwatwa off-ramp on the N12 on Thursday.
A passerby discovered the body and informed police.
Police spokesperson Captain Kabelo Marumo says the body was also missing hands and feet.
“When we arrived at the scene we also found that the man’s hands and feet had been amputated,” he says.
The deceased was wearing a blue jeans, a blue Adidas t-shirt and a striped blue jacket.
Marumo said they suspect the body was laying there for 24 hours.
Police are appealing to families who have reported a missing person in recent days to come forward.
