Homeless man bludgeoned to death
A homeless man has died after he was assaulted to death in Johannesburg on Thursday afternoon.
Netcare911 say a fight broke out between two homeless men on the side of the road in Victory Park.
Spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said: "The deceased was hit on the head with a big rock."
He was declared dead at the scene.
Mathe said the suspect has been taken into police custody.
It is not clear what led to the fight.
Police were not immediately available for comment.
