President Cyril Ramaphosa says he predicted that the Springboks would win the Rugby World Cup final against England on Saturday.
The Boks is expected to land at OR International Airport on Tuesday evening after their stunning victory.
Thousands are expected to line the streets throughout the country from Thursday to honour and celebrate the Springboks.
The team made history when they became the first team to lift the World Cup despite a loss to New Zealand in the pool phase and the first to win Rugby Championship and World Cup in the same year.

Captain Siya Kolisi also made history became the first black Springbos captain to bring home the cup, with wing Makazole Mampimpi being the South African player to score a try in the final.
Ramaphosa jokingly told those in attendance at the launch of the special economic automotive zone in Silverton that he was also on the field.
"When I spoke to the team just before they went into battle I eyeball each one of them and I asked them: ‘How are you feeling?' Some of them said ‘nervous’ and I knew they were lying to me because as I shook their hands I could just feel the determination.
"And I knew as I shook hands with them that they were going to win."
