Judgement expected in state capture application

Judgement is set to be delivered in the North Gauteng High Court this morning in the state capture application against President Jacob Zuma.
The application was brought by the Democratic Alliance (DA).
The party wants President Zuma to appoint a judicial commission of inquiry into state capture, as recommended by former public protector Thuli Madonsela.

DA Federal Executive James Selfe says the judgement will be handed down this morning at 10am.
"In view of the Nkandla judgement there is very else that the judge can do but to grant the declaratory order that we want, however having said that the review is only in a month's time."
Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane has recently come out in support of the DA's court bid compelling the President to establish a commission of inquiry.
President Zuma has taken the report on review.
