KFC is being fried by social media users after the nationwide fast-food outlet announced that some of its restaurants have been temporarily closed.
The continued load shedding is to blame which has also affected some of the company's suppliers.
“We apologise for the inconvenience and will be back soon," read the post by KFC on its social media pages.
We are sorry, but due to the ongoing loadshedding, some of our restaurants will be temporarily closed, while others may have limited availability on some of your favourite menu items.

Sometimes, things are out of our control. The current constraints are due to loadshedding impacting some of our suppliers. Many of our restaurants have generators to ensure we are readily available for you.

Social media users have reacted to the news, with some demanding the recipe for KFC’s famous fried chicken.
Just share the recipe.
