KZN education department probing school violence video
The Department of Education in KZN says it will probe a disturbing video doing the rounds on social media, which shows a young boy beating a female pupil.
The video clearly depicts a boy kicking the young woman on the head while slapping her.
It is unclear when the incident took place. The school has also not been identified.
The department's Muzi Mahlambi says they are aware of the video.

"We are disturbed by this video, especially in women's month. It is worrying that two physically fit boys are beating up a young girl to a point where she bleeds," says Mahlambi.
He says it will investigate where and when the video was taken.
"We will investigate where this school is and also work on identifying the two boys."
