Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi has postponed the release
of the forensic report into the death of Parktown Boys’ High School pupil Enock Mpianzi.
Mpianzi died in January while on a grade 8 orientation camp at Nyati Bush Lodge in January in Brits.

Lesufi was due to release the forensic report into the circumstances leading to his death on Thursday, but this was postponed following a request by the family.
Gauteng education spokesperson Steve Mabona says it would have been insensitive to release the report without the family’s blessing.
“Subsequent to our meeting today, we all agreed that the next session will be held on 27 February.
“It is on the basis of the above that we have taken a decision, after the consultation with the Gauteng Premier Mr David Makhura, to reschedule the release of the forensic report until these processes have been concluded.”
