Light aircraft makes emergency landing in Pretoria

A light aircraft has been forced to make an emergency landing in the north of Pretoria.
The aircraft landed in an open field near the Wonderboom Airport on Tuesday morning.
Police say the pilot had been doing circuit training when he experienced engine problems shortly after take-off.
Police spokesperson Johan van Dyk says the 68-year-old pilot was unable to return to the airport.
