LISTEN: Actor falls to his death in Drakensberg
A 39-year-old actor fell to his
death while rehearsing for a fill in the Drakensberg on Thursday.
It is believed the actor fell off a cliff at the Sterkspruit Waterfall near Monks Cowl.
The police's Thulani Zwane say the body was recovered in a pool below the cliff on Friday morning.
"It is alleged that this actor was busy working or rehearsing yesterday in the Drakensberg area when he slipped and fell into the river."
Zwane says an inquest has been opened and the police are investigating the incident.
