Mpianzi went missing during the Parktown Boys' High School Grade 8 orientation camp in Brits, North West on Wednesday.

His lifeless body was later recovered on Friday.

The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) subsequently announced that it will provide legal support to the family.

On Tuesday the commission and members of the family forced their way into the resort for a site inspection, claiming to have been denied access by the resort.

Speaking to Jacaranda FM News, lawyer Daniel Eloff denied these claims.

"Our client is not denying anyone to visit the premises.

“Our clients were, during the course of this week, when they were asked by the Human Rights Commission if they could come and visit, they were in Pretoria consulting with us, so obviously unavailable there at the premises to have the Human Rights Commission enter. So it's not that the Human Rights Commission were refused entry, but rather that they still seeking legal advise."

Eloff says the resort’s management is committed to cooperate with the probe into Mpianzi’s death.

"Our clients are going to give their full cooperation to both the South African Police Service, as well as the Human Rights Commission, who are acting on behalf of the deceased's parents.

"With regards to the Human Rights Commission who have allegedly jumped over the fence of our client's private property, we are in contact with the commission."

Management at the resort have vowed to open the resort to the family on Friday.
