Man accused of Precious Ramabulana murder pleads not guilty

The suspect charged with the brutal murder of Limpopo student Precious Ramabulana has pleaded not guilty to all the charges brought against him at the Morebeng Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Aubrey Manaka is facing five charges, including two counts of rape and murder.
He also faces charges of housebreaking and robbery with aggravating circumstances.
"The accused pleaded not guilty on all the charges," says spokesperson for the National Prosecuting Authority in Limpopo, Mashudu Malabi-Dzhangi.
Manaka is accused of raping and stabbing the 21-year-old student at Capricorn TVET College 52 times in her rented room last November.
Last week a second charge of rape was brought against the suspect, this time for allegedly raping a 5-year-old girl in 2014.
Manaka is expected to appear again in court on March 30.

Breytenbach appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate's Court on Tuesday where it was revealed that the tally of charges brought against him had grown to seven - one for one of indecent assault and six for sexual assault. The oldest of the reported cases dates back to 1997.
