Man killed, 3 teachers hurt in KZN shooting

A man has been killed and three teachers were wounded in a shooting in Pietermaritzburg.

The shooting took place on Tuesday morning.
The shots were reportedly fired at the taxi they were travelling in near Wartburg – while the victims were making their way to Masijabule High School.
KwaZulu-Natal Education Department says the driver died and the three critically-wounded teachers were taken to hospital.
Seven other people were not hurt.
Education MEC Kwazi Mshengu rushed to the scene where she was briefed by officials.
