A man is being treated in hospital for serious injuries after he was thrown off a cliff at Kloof Gorge.
Rescue teams launched into action in the early hours of this morning after security guards attending to a nearby incident heard his cries for help last night.
Rob McKenzie, who's with KZN EMS, says the man who fell 15 metres down the cliff was found lying on a ledge.
"A man in his 20s had sustained serious injuries after being reportedly being thrown off a cliff. A joint effort resulted in the man being carried out on a rescue stretcher," he says.
