Modise: No extra security following latest fight in Parliament

National Assembly Speaker Thandi Modise says Parliament has no plans to beef up security during next week's State of the Nation Address.
There are concerns over possible disruptions following the latest altercation between Members of Parliament on Wednesday.

While condemning the incident, Modise said there was no indication it would happen again.

"We do not have any extraordinary security arrangements made. We do not intend to have any,” she told the media during an update on arrangements for President Cyril Ramaphosa’s address.
