Mom accused of killing her four children abandons bail bid
The Emalahleni mother, who allegedly killed her four children, abandoned her bail bid in the Witbank Magistrate's Court on Monday.
Zinhle Maditla (24) is alleged to have murdered her four children - aged between 11 months and four years old - a day before New Year’s Eve.
Maditla allegedly wrapped her children in blankets before calling family members to view the bodies.

She then turned herself in at the local police station.
The spokesperson for the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in Mpumalanga, Monica Nyuswa, says the accused will be going for mental observation for 30 days.
The case has been postponed until 14 February.
Maditla's children were laid to rest last week in her absence.
