New Stats SA building opened

Minister in the Presidency for Planning, Performance, Monitoring, Evaluation and Administration, Jeff Radebe officially opened Statistics SA's new building in Pretoria this morning.

The building was built at a cost of R1.4bn and will house around three thousand employees, who currently occupy a number of buildings in Pretoria.
During the official opening in Pretoria, Radebe said that it was a major milestone as Stats SA is one of the top institutions of the country.

"We are so excited that StatsSA has its home called ISIbalo House," Radebe said.
The state of the art building is located near Freedom Park Salvokop.
"Without information we cannot plan properly," Radebe said.
