Police in Port Elizabeth have arrested a suspect wanted for the rape of a student at the Nelson Mandela University.
He was also wanted for stabbing another student in a computer lab on Monday night.
Police spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu, says the 29-year-old man was arrested in Govan Mbeki Avenue on Wednesday afternoon - apparently while trying to sell a computer that he had stolen during the attack.

Naidu says members of the Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences unit, supported by members of the police's flying squad, arrested the suspect.
The brazen attack took place at NMU's Second Avenue campus, sparking two days of protests by fellow students demanding improved security on campus.
Naidu says the suspect will appear in court on Friday.
