NPA boss receives recommendations on Zuma

The National Director of Public Prosecutions Shaun Abrahams, has received a memorandum outlining the recommendations by prosecutors who were assigned to handle former President Jacob Zuma's so-called Spy Tapes case.
NPA spokesperson, Luvuyo Mfaku, says Abrahams will study the recommendations and decide on a way forward.
Zuma submitted recommendations, in January, relating to the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) ruling.

The court upheld a previous ruling, that the dropping of the corruption charges against Zuma by the former NPA boss Mokotedi Mpshe was "irrational".
These tapes contain recorded conversations between former Scorpion boss, Leonard McCarthy and former NPA boss Bulelani Ngcuka, providing evidence, according to the NPA, of collusion against Zuma between former NPA officials and former president Thabo Mbeki.
