NPA opposing Atul Gupta's application

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) says it will be opposing Atul Gupta's application to have the court "reconsider" a preservation order.
The Assets Forfeiture Unit claims Gupta was paid R10 million from the Estina Dairy Project into his bank account, and has since frozen his account.
In a court document Gupta also states that he is out of the country.

NPA spokesperson, Luvuyo Mfaku, says they will be filing their papers on Wednesday, 21 February, and the matter will be argued on 1 March.
The Hawks are currently looking for Ajay Gupta after raiding the family's home in Saxonwold last week.
It was reported on Monday that Ajay Gupta attended a weeding in India.
