NPA won’t appeal Duduzane Zuma acquittal

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) says it will not be appealing the acquittal Duduzane Zuma.
The son of former president Jacob Zuma, who faced negligent driving and culpable homicide charges, was acquitted in the Randburg Magistrates Court on Friday morning.
Delivering his judgment, Magistrate Tebego Thupaatlase told the court that the state could not prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.

NPA spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwane says the state prosecutor believes the judgment handed down was fair.
